Based on this background, the Quality Management policy has been formulated to comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System requirements.
Gauge Data Energy Management has streamlined the principles of Quality management system into their main objectives that are expected to be understood and practiced by all its personnel.
These objectives are as follows;
Personnel should achieve and sustain the required quality level of products and services to continually meet the Client's needs.
Personnel should provide confidence to Gauge Data Energy management that the intended quality is being achieved and sustained.
Personnel should provide confidence to the Client that the intended quality is being, or will be, achieved in the delivered product or service, in line with customer expectations.
The quality assurance personnel performing activities affecting quality shall have sufficient authority, access to work areas, and organizational freedom to prevent and identify quality problems. They shall also initiate, recommend and provide solutions to quality problems through designated channels, and verify implementation of solutions.
