The management of GaugeData Energy Limited is committed to the safety of its employees and our customers in all projects and services that is being offered by our company. This is evident in the importance placed on cascading of information on HSE related issues to staff and provision of resources and enforcement of the use of PPE.
The Project Manager signs the HSE and related
policies. On–the–spot checks of project tasks are carried out by the Project Manager, who has the authority to stop any activity that are in variance with company safety policies and procedures. Such incidents are reported and reviewed at HSE meetings.
The Project Manager or senior management personnel and HSE Officer shall participate in the monthly HSE meetings. The HSE Officer drives these meetings. At this meeting, the Project Manager regularly gives talks. However, the Project Manager chairs and directs the affairs of the quarterly review meetings.
The HSE
Officer has the approval of the Project Manager to effect adequate measures for the efficient implementation of the HSE Policy
As a result, the HSE Officer participates in the Quarterly Management Review Meetings where the HSE Officer
presents HSE statistics for management consideration.
The Project Manager approves, all procedures for issue and use by the staff.
